An oil-pump portioning station versus a lighter, wider-pouch home chamber.
VP95 supports 9-by-12-inch pouches at 42.5 lb; USV20 supports 11-by-10-inch pouches at 17.55 lb.
OPTION 01
VacMaster VP95 Chamber Vacuum Sealer
US model: VP95
The VP95 brings an oil pump and a 9.25-inch seal bar to a narrower countertop format. Compare it for smaller portions when pump servicing is an acceptable part of ownership.

Which would suit your kitchen?
Compare the bag shape rather than one maximum
The VP95’s documented bags are narrower and longer, while the USV20 supports a wider opening. Lay out a typical filled portion with its sealing margin. A roast, fish fillet and soup portion may ask for different shapes, so there is no universal winner from bar length alone.
Choose the pump-care commitment
VP95 uses oil; the USV20 offers a different home-chamber arrangement without that oil-service routine. Check the current care instructions and consumable costs. Avoid treating industrial wording as evidence of better preservation; safe cooling, refrigeration and freezing still matter after vacuum packing.
Think through lifting and access
The VP95 is more than twice the documented weight of the USV20. The USV20 also needs clearance for its open lid. Put either in a place where loading pouches and cleaning spills is comfortable, and confirm the VP95 revision before relying on older dimensions or electrical specifications.
