Two 6.5-quart bottom-drive mixers with different dough limits and attachment support.
Artiste is documented up to 8 lb of supported dough and lacks the Bosch high-speed drive; the reviewed Bosch kit has a larger maker-rated dough allowance.
OPTION 01
NutriMill Artiste 6.5-Quart Mixer (Black Trim)

Which would suit your kitchen?
Start with the dough you repeat
Both use a bottom-drive arrangement and a nominal 6.5-quart bowl. That does not make their supported loads interchangeable. Compare the flour, hydration and full dough weight in your normal recipe against the current instructions before treating either headline capacity as useful.
Keep future attachments specific
The Artiste lacks the high-speed drive documented on the Bosch. Check the exact attachments you want and their model compatibility, including what the reviewed extender bundle supplies. A lower machine price is less useful if it excludes a capability you already need.
Choose a handling routine you can live with
The Artiste’s lighter base and sliding cover may suit a smaller home baking station. Confirm assembled dimensions because its maker page has conflicting figures. For either machine, plan bowl removal, drive-part cleaning and storage as carefully as the mixing itself.
This comparison draws on manufacturer specifications rather than our own hands-on tests. Follow the full reviews for more detail, including attributed independent perspectives where available. Check the selected Amazon model and current offer before buying.
