Which would suit your kitchen?
Decide how you want to handle water
Carezza’s front-loading tank may help beneath shelves. The ECP3420 uses a different removable-reservoir arrangement. Measure the actual movement needed for refilling, not just the closed body, and leave space for a milk jug and any separate grinder.
Compare prepared-coffee choices correctly
Both makers document suitable ground coffee and ESE-pod preparation with the correct baskets. ESE compatibility is not a universal capsule system. Check the supplied filters and the coffee you intend to use before deciding which machine provides a more comfortable starting setup.
Remember that assisted frothing is still manual
You handle the jug and control the steaming routine on both machines. That differs from automatic milk texturing or a one-touch cappuccino. Compare those controls, cleaning and brewing-to-steaming instructions; we have not conducted a taste or milk-texture contest between these models.
This comparison draws on manufacturer specifications rather than our own hands-on tests. Follow the full reviews for more detail, including attributed independent perspectives where available. Check the selected Amazon model and current offer before buying.
